Reading books is a critical part of learning. Opening up our imagination, making connections, building literacy, and experiencing the characters as they come alive throughout the story is where the true learning happens. In first grade, we read several books each day, and a huge part of our growth comes from these pages. Our library is a very important part of our classroom.
